KLIK Group proudly welcomed 34 new talents in 2025, who are now synergizing within a solid team of 105 members.

Each individual brings new perspectives, energy, and stories that enrich our cross-generational collaboration. From experienced seniors to innovative younger generations, each contributes experiences and knowledge that enrich KLIK Group's work culture.

Work Facilities & Productivity

Productivity doesn’t always come from a desk. Comfort is the key to creativity. In 2025, KLIK Group introduced a workspace that supports collaboration by redesigning the office layout.

KLIK Group also upgraded work facilities, office infrastructure, and work tools to support team performance, so every corner can inspire the next big ideas.

Consistently Delivering the Best Solutions and Services

For us, customer trust is the fuel for our innovation. This year, the KLIK team demonstrated its capabilities through 6 strategic projects in our customers' digital ecosystems:

• DevSecOps Implementation on 5 applications
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Implementation on 5 applications
• Developing a New Application to Support Operational Excellence
• Modernizing Application for Payment Gateway 
• Enhancement of 12 Applications (Continuous feature optimization)
• Seamless handover and onboarding of new applications for development

The dedication of the KLIK Group team, through collaboration and learning, resulted in lines of code and the best solutions for our customers.

KLIK Group's Approach to AI and Cybersecurity

In addition to the strategic projects mentioned above, in 2025 KLIK Group also expanded its business and technology focus into the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cybersecurity.

Regarding AI, KLIK Group has pursued the development of several use cases, including:

• Leveraging AI for Document/File Processing: KLIK Group utilizes Optical Character Recognition (OCR) techniques and keyword matching to extract values for verification and matching against other documents.
• Leveraging AI for Customer Reviews: KLIK Group employs Natural Language Processing (NLP) with sentiment analysis techniques and context entity extraction to understand customer reviews.
• Creating an AI Chatbot Agent for Project Workflow Analysis: KLIK Group uses Generative AI (GEN AI) to track project tickets, count resolved tickets, analyze employee workload, etc.
• Leveraging AI for Video Analytics: KLIK Group uses object detection techniques in video analytics to analyze crowd density in specific areas. This is used to obtain precise alerts about density locations, enabling security personnel to take preventive measures depending on the severity of the congestion.

In the Cybersecurity scope, KLIK Group has updated its cybersecurity governance framework applicable to all employees in the execution of their job functions. Furthermore, KLIK Group has established a strategic partnership with Klavis Kripta to develop cybersecurity solutions for cryptography use cases.

Knowledge and Stories Shared by KLIK Group in 2025

Throughout 2025, KLIK Group became more active in sharing educational content and stories of employee activities, not only through Instagram and LinkedIn, but also via articles on the Klik Digital Sinergi website and the Klik Sinergi Solusi blog.

These efforts yielded positive achievements:

• Reached a total of 1,296 readers on website articles.
• Gained 120,908 impressions on Instagram, reaching 5,977 accounts.
• Achieved 63,776 impressions on LinkedIn.

All these achievements were attained organically, through consistency in delivering educational content and sharing employee activities with the public.

Commitment to Continuous Growth Through Concrete Actions

In 2025, KLIK Group reinforced its 3rd core value, Excellence (Continuously innovating and improving self, team, services, and products to be the best) by organizing several programs, including:

• Holding Town Hall Meetings
  Town Hall Meetings were held as a strategic forum for KLIK Group to align the company's vision and mission, and to foster innovation and corporate excellence standards.
• Launching the Ideation Program
  The Ideation Program serves as a platform for innovation and cross-team collaboration, aimed at opening opportunities for all KLIK Group employees to contribute their ideas and innovations for business advancement.
• Conducting the Upward Collaboration Survey
  The Upward Collaboration Survey was conducted as part of KLIK Group's commitment to building a healthy, open, and collaborative work environment through direct feedback from all employees.

Moments of Togetherness Amidst Work

Beyond work, this year was filled with moments of togetherness that strengthened bonds among employees, such as:

• Iftar Gathering KLIK Group – The warmth of fellowship with gratitude.
• Bonding Night – An evening dedicated to getting to know each other and sharing stories outside work routines, while enjoying provided food.
• Independence Day – The excitement of celebrating Indonesia's 80th Independence Day.
• KLIK's 12th Anniversary – Grateful prayer for 12 years of KLIK Group's journey.

Maintaining Balance Between Work and Health

This year, KLIK Group colleagues consistently organized 10 sports activities, including Mini Soccer & Badminton, held every month!
