As part of its commitment to building a healthy, open, and collaborative work environment, KLIK Group launched the Upward & Collaboration Feedback Survey on December 5, 2025. This program is one of the company's strategic steps to initiate a continuous improvement process through the direct involvement of all employees.

The survey is conducted online through a specially designed form aimed at exploring team collaboration conditions, communication, and working relationships between employees and supervisors. The results of this survey will serve as the foundation for efforts to improve communication, build trust, and strengthen a collaborative culture within KLIK Group's work environment.

Objectives of the Survey

Through the implementation of this Upward & Collaboration Feedback Survey, KLIK Group hopes to:

  • Enhance openness and collaboration among teams.
  • Provide objective data as material for self-development for each team.
  • Formulate more targeted improvement plans based on the specific needs of each team.

Core Principles of the Survey

To ensure employees can provide honest and safe feedback, this survey adheres to several key principles:

  1. Anonymous and Secure
    All responses are submitted without including names and all data is kept confidential.
  2. Transparent and Non Judgemental
    Employees are free to provide feedback regarding collaboration within teams or between teams, without focusing on specific individuals.
  3. Constructive
    All feedback is expected to contribute to efforts aimed at building and improving work conditions.
  4. Not an Annual Performance Evaluation
    This survey is not intended to assess individual performance but rather to evaluate work conditions and collaborative culture within teams.

Assessment Aspects in the Survey

In this survey, employees are asked to provide ratings on a scale of 1–4, accompanied by qualitative comments to support their assessments. The aspects evaluated include:

1. Working Relationship with Team Leader
