Description
- Prepare, review, and submit monthly and annual tax returns (e.g., VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax) accurately and on time.
- Calculate tax liabilities in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.
- Maintain proper tax documentation and records to support reporting and audits.
- Conduct periodic tax reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with accounting records.
- Prepare and file Annual Tax SPT and perform fiscal corrections.
- Provide guidance to internal teams regarding tax implications of business transactions.
- Liaise with KPP and auditor for all tax matters and reconciliations, including handling SP2DK and VAT Return.
- Support tax planning initiatives to optimize tax efficiency while ensuring legal compliance.
- Identify and mitigate potential tax risks through regular review and process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in tax reporting and compliance.
- Brevet A & B certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in tax reporting software and MS Excel.
- Experience with e-SPT, e-Faktur, Coretax, and other tax software.
- Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
